When one starts looking statistics of workplace violence in America, it is pretty obvious that this is a serious problem. Each year, millions of Americans report cases of workplace violence and unfortunately, many more go unreported.
It’s an even graver scenario when understanding that many of these incidents of workplace violence involve deaths and homicides. In fact, in a seven years span between 2011 and 2018, 3,584 Americans died at the hands at another in their places of business.
